Ah a Dewey Summa...... there is nothing like getting out of the grind of the city and putting your feet in the sand!  Park your car and you can walk everywhere.  Enjoy hanging with your new beach house friends and jamming to the live music scene.  Come where Washingtonian's, Baltimorean's, and Philadelphian's spend their summer and blow off some steam....... Dewey Beach!

 

About the house:

Literally steps from the beach, ocean view balcony's on every floor, an outdoor shower, and one of the most central locations in Dewey.... Dagsworthy Street.   At the end of the street you will find Dewey's finest culinary delights.....Franco's Pizza , Wings to Go, Nick's Cheesesteaks, Hopkins Dairy and a coffee shop. Dewey Beach Liquors, the Bottle and Cork, Ivy and Northbeach is just across Route 1. Starboard and Rudder are both short walks.  

 

Summer Season:   May 15th until September 11th

The house is  set up to sleep 8 to 10 people comfortably, with only 2 beds/people to a room!!  This is a valuable benefit in a share house!

 

Pricing: We will have 8 members alternating weekends. Each member will have to share their room only with 1 other person.

 

Half Shares (Alternating A & B Weekends see calendar to the right) $1,650. 11 total weekends and open all weekdays except for up to a maximum of  four Mon-Fri weekly rentals.  Can't make a scheduled weekend?  No problem! You can switch weekends with members from the opposite weekend.

 

Full Shares $2,850 (Access all summer including weekdays except rental weeks)

We are respectful of the house and do our part to keep it nice.

 

Guests are allowed and must be accompanied with a member at $60 a night.

The same guest is allowed a maximum of two weekends.

Strictly enforced

 

All guest fees and rental income are allocated to cover the remaining lease balance, utilities, and supplies for the home.
