Literally steps from the beach,  sweeping ocean view balcony's on every floor, an outdoor shower, and one of the most central locations in Dewey.... The Perch at Dagsworthy Street.   At the end of the street you will find Dewey's finest culinary delights.....Franco's Pizza , Wings to Go, Nick's  Philly Cheesesteaks, Dairy Queen, and a coffee shop. Dewey Beach Liquors, the Bottle and Cork, Ivy and Northbeach is just across Route 1. Starboard and Rudder are both short walks.    

 

The Perch at Dagsworhty is a 3 Level Townhome with balconys off the front and the back with brand new sliders with built in blinds for easy adjustment.

 

We rent the home Sunday at 6pm through Friday at 11:00am.

House Details

4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with an Outdoor Shower on the first floor.

 

Ground Level 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 two twins, Bedroom 2 Queen bed).  They share a full bath and the outdoor shower is just outside.

 

1st Floor 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Each of the bathrooms are en suite  (Bedroom 3 Queen, Bedroom 4 two twins)

 

Top Floor Great Room with living room, dining and kitchen all in one , 1/2 bath and balcony with ocean front views  (there is a queen sleeper sofa in living as well as laundry)

 

Cleaning products including laundry detergent are furnished.

 

You  must bring your own bed linens and towels.

 

Fully equipped kitchen with all that you will need.

 

Cable TV and Internet with Wi-Fi in included.

 

Maid Service regularly. 

 

There is an occupancy limit enforced by the town of 10 that we must adhere to.

 

The Perch comes with two assigned parking spots.  The Town of Dewey Beach requires permits for off street parking.

 

Rent is $2,000 for Sunday through Friday with 1/3 at lease signing, 1/3 30 days later, and then the balance by May 15th
